    • Primary Agreement - Grant and Limitations of Authority for the purposes of Fundraising File DOCX

      This is the primary fundraising contract your group must sign in order to be able to make use of Auckland Challenge's charitable or legal status, or our trading marks. 

      This file is provided as a template only so you can review the content of the agreement, in order to get a signable copy you must:

      1. Read this agreement in its entirety.
      2. Schedule a meeting with Kathryn to discuss your obligations, requirements, and your intentions for the fundraising.
      3. If you receive preliminary verbal approval from Kathryn, review this template, and for each section highlighted in yellow please develop an answer/content.
      4. Provide your proposed answers to Kathryn
      5. Auckland Challenge will review your answers, fill in the template and provide you with a completed copy to review, sign and return to Auckland Challenge.
      6. Once returned to Auckland Challenge and approved, you may begin your fundraising activities in  line with the contract, and any supplemental terms provided by Auckland Challenge.
