    • THIS RESOURCE IS FOR PARTICIPANTS ENROLLED WITH AUCKLAND CHALLENGE ONLY.

      If you are part of a group of participants who are wanting to fundraise for your Adventurous Journeys you are free to do this at any point as individuals. However, you may NOT permitted to use Auckland Challenge's charitable or legal statuses, our trading marks, or imply any endorsement for your fundraising activities from Auckland Challenge without explicit written consent from us.

      This module contains Auckland Challenge's fundraising contract and copies of our trading marks for participant groups approved to fundraise under the Auckland Challenge umbrella.

      If you have any questions about how fundraising under Auckland Challenge works you must email admin@aucklandchallenge.org.nz

      For the avoidance of doubt, no consent to represent or associate with Auckland Challenge is given or implied unless you have written authority from Auckland Challenge. Any written notice or directive supersedes verbal conversations or guides.

      As a registered charity Auckland Challenge will never permit any fundraising under our umbrella where that fundraising activity may be considered to be solely for private benefit, or where the proposed activity may bring Auckland Challenge or the Award into disrepute or contradicts values or obligations held by Auckland Challenge in our Constitution or the Charities Act 2005.

    • This is the primary fundraising contract your group must sign in order to be able to make use of Auckland Challenge's charitable or legal status, or our trading marks. 

      This file is provided as a template only so you can review the content of the agreement, in order to get a signable copy you must:

      1. Read this agreement in its entirety.
      2. Schedule a meeting with Kathryn to discuss your obligations, requirements, and your intentions for the fundraising.
      3. If you receive preliminary verbal approval from Kathryn, review this template, and for each section highlighted in yellow please develop an answer/content.
      4. Provide your proposed answers to Kathryn
      5. Auckland Challenge will review your answers, fill in the template and provide you with a completed copy to review, sign and return to Auckland Challenge.
      6. Once returned to Auckland Challenge and approved, you may begin your fundraising activities in  line with the contract, and any supplemental terms provided by Auckland Challenge.
